Parents? Are you tired of watching your swimmer:

Get so nervous before they compete in their competition
They perform well in practices but they can't apply it to their performance
Allow the littlest thing to affect them and they lose control
Struggle with their confidence to perform
Hold back, because they are afraid to make a mistake
I know you are a supportive parent and It breaks your heart to see your swimmer struggle BUT:
Having your athlete continue to practice their physical skills is NOT the answer...
Giving your athletes words or encouragement is NOT working...
Purchasing the next new training tool is NOT going to help...
Lecturing your athlete during the car ride home about what to do is NOT healthy...
What if I told you there's a better way to help your swimmer perform up to their potential?
Do you want your swimmer to...
Be Confident competing before thier race?
Be Relaxed and Calm during their competition?
Have Goals to strive for before each and every swimming performance
Overcome and Persevere when they don't make a certain time?
If this is what you want for your swimmer, then...
Introduce them to mental sports performance training.
Your swimmer has the physical skills to compete in their game. They can dive, perform the different strokes, the breathing patterns, transitions off the wall, etc... these are all PHYSICAL skills of swimming.
However, if your swimmer is struggling with the issues above that relate to confidence, focus, nervousness, anxiety, and dwelling etc... these are the MENTAL aspects of swimming.
Swimmers cannot fully develop in their sport until they know WHAT is causing their issues and HOW can they overcome those issues.
Just like athletes can train the physical part to be bigger, faster and stronger, athletes can train their minds to become more focused, resilient and confident.
Your athlete's mental control is the missing link to allowing them to reach their full potential.
If you don't believe me, let's consider what Michael Phelps has to say about his mental game.

BUT DON'T WORRY!!!
I have GOOD NEWS to help your swimmer develop that mental control that is needed...

Introducing:
The Resilient Swimmer Online Course

Why Take This Course?
Athletes are taught the physical components of their sport.
For swimmers, that means refining dives, strokes, kicks, turns, finishes, strength, and endurance.
However, very little time is spent teaching athletes how their mindset directly impacts their performance.
For many swim coaches, the mental side of performance is an area they were never formally trained in.
Even coaches who recognize its importance often lack the time, resources, or confidence to teach these skills consistently within daily practices.
As a certified mental sports performance coach, I have spent years listening to swimmers talk about their performances and observing the challenges they face. Time and time again, the obstacles holding them back—fear, self-doubt, pressure, inconsistency, and lack of confidence—are not physical, but mental.
When these challenges go unaddressed, swimmers struggle to reach their full potential, no matter how hard they train.
As an educator with experience in curriculum development, I created The Resilient Swimmer Program to bridge this gap.
This program provides swimmers with a clear, structured, and easy-to-follow system for developing essential mental and mindset skills that can be applied directly to their training and competition—helping them perform with confidence when it matters most.
The course is broken down into short, swimmer-specific video lessons, guided notes, and practical worksheets that help athletes apply what they learn immediately.
The goal is not just to teach mental skills, but to help swimmers understand why mindset matters and how to take ownership of their overall development.
When athletes do this, they become more motivated, more confident, and more consistent—and they begin to enjoy the sport again.
The Resilient Swimmer Program is an invaluable investment in your athlete’s long-term success—both in and out of the pool.
With lifetime access to the course materials, your swimmer can revisit these skills at any stage of their journey, building resilience, confidence, and mental strength that will support them far beyond race day.
If your swimmer is putting in the physical work but still struggles with confidence, pressure, or consistency on race day, it’s time to train the part of their performance that often gets overlooked—their mindset.
The Resilient Swimmer Program gives your athlete the mental tools they need to stay calm under pressure, trust their training, bounce back from setbacks, and compete with confidence—skills that will benefit them in swimming and in life.
