Why Read this Book?

As a mental sports performance coach, one of the most common questions I get is, “How can my child compete with confidence?”

Your child must develop the mental skill sets necessary to master the mental aspects of the game if you want them to compete with confidence.

I wrote, "Raising a Resilient Athlete" to give you tips and strategies that you, as the parent, can give your athlete so that they can be confident in their performance.

My goal is to help educate parents and foster communication skills so they can help their child have a positive sports journey.

Must Have!

"This is a must have for the parents of children in any type of sport. Understand your role in the success of your child, be present and be positive."

"I love the emphasis on the positive and the work ethic. Our kids and adults are losing the willingness to push beyond obstacles to achieve the goal or to be the best they can be. We all need the message."

"This is an excellent dive into the author's life and struggles he has had with raising his own two children in sports. This is a great read for any parent whether your kids will be in sports or not. If you are a sports parent, this is a must-read book.”
