Working with SSP your mental sport performance coaching program will consist of:
Intake Assessment
Take a mental skills assessment tool (Athletes Mental Game Profile) to identify what mental game barriers are hurting your performance as well as to correctly identify your strengths.
Personalized Mental Game Plan
We will create a personalized game plan based on your specific challenges and goals as an athlete. The plan we create will act as a road-map for your mental training sessions to boost your performance.
Weekly Mental Coaching Sessions
We will meet either in person, phone or Zoom. No matter where you live, you can receive personalized coaching to meet your schedule. Each session is designed to teach you how to apply functional mental strategies for practice and competitions.
Unlimited Email Correspondence
You are welcome to email/text Brian with any and all questions you have during the course of your mental training program.
Custom Modules: Exercises
After each session, you will receive exercises specific to the topic discussed that day. You will be expected to practice and apply these strategies between sessions in order to further your growth as a athlete.
